Keemun Black

A wonderful Black Tea from the Anhui province in China. Keemun, perhaps the most famous of Chinese Black Teas, is prized for its rich flavor, fiery amber color, and toasty aroma. It is sometimes called the 'Queen of Fragrance' and the 'King of Taste' and has a smoky, slightly malty, and smooth, aromatic finish.

A honey-like smooth infusion with a sweet and mellow finish.

Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz. of water. Heat water to 195-205 F (90-96 C) and steep for 2-3 minutes. For stronger flavor, use more tea leaves. 2 oz. of tea equals 25-30 teaspoons.
