Irish Breakfast

Irish Breakfast is a Black Tea blend that is an ideal accompaniment to a morning meal. It seamlessly blends the citrusy notes of a high-grown Ceylon with the malty undertones of a pungent Assam. With a spicy aroma and a malty and deep flavor with a brisk mouthfeel. A rounded sweet finish. It may be enjoyed plain or with a drop of milk. 

A full-bodied infusion with a malty flavor.

Use 1.5 teaspoons of tea per 8 oz. of water. Heat water to 175 F(79 C) and steep for 2 minutes. For stronger flavor, use more tea leaves. 2 oz. of tea equals 25-30 teaspoons.
