Earl Grey is black tea scented with bergamot oil, a citrus from southern Italy. Our range includes classic Earl Grey, jasmine Earl Grey, and our own blended variations. The bergamot is what makes Earl Grey work so well with milk: the citrus cuts through and brightens the cup. Steep three to four minutes at full boil.
