Real Mexican cooking starts with dried chilis, and we carry several. Ancho, guajillo, pasilla negro, chile de árbol, chimayo, each with a different heat level, sweetness, and smokiness. Add chipotle in powder and flake, annatto, Mexican oregano, and taco seasoning, and you have what you need for mole, braised meats, salsas, and chili from scratch. Nothing here is a pre-salted shortcut.
